Constant companion: my wife Connie, and our daughters.

Where do you live now: West Vancouver

Occupation: VP, TELUS Consumer Solutions

Children: Our oldest Julia is 3 years old, and Claire is 6 months.

Favorite Music: Wide range of music both past and present. Currently trying to stop repeating children’s jingles!

Where & when happiest: Unstructured time with my family, whether it is over a day or on vacation.

Favorite Journey: Honeymoon in Italy was fantastic, as we focused our time in just a couple regions. Second choice would be traveling through Turkey.

Interests: Spending time with our family. I am still an avid skier and am looking forward to initiating our oldest this winter.

Fondest memories of Hillside: No one particular memory, thoroughly enjoyed grade twelve with friends.

Greatest achievements: After completing a business degree, I went through a series of personal achievements…completing a marathon, competing in triathlons and the Chekamous Challenge. Meeting my wife, having a family and supporting our interests through an interesting career are the greatest achievements.

20 years in 20 words or less: UVIC, UBC, TELUS, Europe, triathlons, marriage, Italy, children. The time flew by!

1987 Yearbook Quote: Wade will be remembered for his involvement in many school activities. Wade's favourite saying is "Yes Ernie you can borrow my homework". P.P.'s: parking his car at wile parties and working at Sewell's on Saturday mornings after a late night. In the future, Wade plans to take commerce at UBC and then go on to manage his own company.
